Account Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and related data for NaukriDost (a Shiksha Suvidha Network service).

Steps to Request Deletion

If you can log in: visit the secure deletion page after logging in:
https://merasir.com/gyanpath/request_account_deletion
Note: You must be logged in to verify ownership before the deletion proceeds.
If you cannot log in: send an email from your registered email address to careersuccess85@gmail.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request — NaukriDost.
After we verify ownership, we will process deletion and notify you. Expected completion time: 7 working days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Profile data (name, email, phone, school/education details)
Course progress, test attempts & results
Saved notes, preferences, bookmarks
Uploaded files (if any)

What Data May Be Retained

Transactional records (for legal and compliance reasons) are retained for up to 1 year. Anonymous analytics data may be retained longer.
Information we are required to retain to comply with applicable law (e.g., tax/financial records).

Partial Data Deletion

If you'd like only certain items removed (not your full account), email us at careersuccess85@gmail.com and specify the exact data you want removed. We will guide you through the process.
