Account Deletion Request
This page explains how users can request deletion of their account and associated data for NaukriDost , a private educational service operated under Shiksha Suvidha Network.
Steps to Request Deletion

If you can log in:
Visit the secure account deletion request page:
https://merasir.com/gyanpath/request_account_deletion
You must be logged in to verify account ownership before the deletion request can proceed. - If you cannot log in: Send an email from your registered email address to careersuccess85@gmail.com with the subject: Account Deletion Request — NaukriDost
- After account ownership is verified, the deletion request will be processed. Expected completion time: 7 working days .
What Data Will Be Deleted
Subject to applicable legal and operational requirements, the following account-related information may be deleted:
- Profile information such as name, email, phone and educational details.
- Course progress, test attempts and associated learning records.
- Saved notes, preferences and bookmarks.
- Uploaded files associated with the account, where applicable.
- Other account information that is not required to be retained by law.
What Data May Be Retained
- Transactional records (for legal and compliance reasons) are retained for up to 1 year. Anonymous analytics data may be retained longer.
- Information that we are required to retain to comply with applicable law, taxation, accounting, fraud prevention or other legal obligations.
Retained information is not kept for the purpose of continuing normal account access after the account deletion has been completed.
Partial Data Deletion
If you do not want to delete your complete account and only want certain information removed, contact us at careersuccess85@gmail.com and clearly specify the information you want removed.
