Refund & Cancellation Policy

Official policy for purchases made via NaukriDost (Shiksha Suvidha Network).

1. Scope

This policy covers payments for courses, subscriptions and school/staff registrations done via NaukriDost. By making a payment you agree to this policy and our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Payment Methods

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Cashfree, UPI, card). NaukriDost does not store card or UPI details.

We review requests within 5 working days. If approved, refunds are processed by the payment gateway and typically reach your account within 7–10 business days depending on bank/gateway timelines.

5. Cancellation by NaukriDost

If we cancel a course or service, you will be offered either a full refund to the original payment method or a transfer to an alternative course of equivalent value.

6. Partial Refunds & Adjustments

For some services (e.g., partially consumed subscriptions or time-limited batches), partial refunds or prorated adjustments may be offered at our discretion and in line with the product terms.

7. Disputes

In case of disputes related to transaction processing, we coordinate with the payment gateway and the bank. Users may also raise a chargeback with their bank, though that process is independent of NaukriDost.
